- Are nurturing by nature and anticipate the needs of others check
- Have less support than they need check
- Feel powerless check

- Are perfectionists check

Symptoms of burnout:
- Tiredness check
- Small health complaints
- Too little or too much sleep check
- Feeling sad, angry, irritable and depressed check
